Tom - Customer advisor to Care Homes

Name: Tom Gammon

Role: Customer Advisor to Care Home Customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tom has worked here for over 3 years now, and after a spell in the warehouse, he has now been in our customer service and sales department for over a year. He is now the dedicated contact for all of our customers in the Care sector. Working closely with Shane and Emily in a tight knit team in our office to deliver an excellent level of customer service. So if you are a care home, whether you are an existing Towels Direct customer, or someone looking to get high quality contract products, then get in touch with Tom!

This week has been pretty hectic here in the Towels Direct office! Coming back after the Christmas break we have been playing catch up, as well as trying to make a plan of action for the coming year!
 
 
We had a delivery on Wednesday of our contract towels! Please go to our contract towel page and have a look at what we have to offer!
Today, we have been taking staff photos, which you will be able to see in my three part team blog next week. I think its time everyone got to know Emily, Shane and Tom a little better!
