Hi, We first bought your "budget" towels way back in 1995 and some of the originals have just started to show their age! As we were passing your premises last Thursday, we decided to call into your shop and stock up. The young man from Admin. who came and served us was an absolute star. He was very helpful and found us exactly what we needed. I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to him for his help and enthusiasm! I also wanted to say that the towels are wonderful - they wash and wash at 60 degrees and tumble dry beautifully. They are lovely and fluffy and always feel luxurious (we buy the bath sheets - at that price, why not?) Your bathrobes are brilliant too (ours are over ten years old now and still looking - and feeling - good!) So thank you very much and we really do recommend you to our friends!
