I ordered the towels on Wednesday and they arrived on Thursday - less than 24 hours had passed. Incredible service; excellent quality. I had looked for yellow towels for ages but I'm glad that I got them from Towels Direct and will definitely use you again and recommend you highly to my friends.

Great choice of products and all at good prices, we were looking for face towels to use as hand towels in our ladies' toilet found Towels Direct via Google and our choice was the cheapest available completed the order and within days the goods were with us, simple process. Considering how much we paid I was amazed at the quality of the product Overall total satisfaction with goods process and feedback Highly recommended and will use again

I have just paid for my good & within seconds a very cheery & polite gentleman rang me & thanked me for my order, told me it was being done as we spoke & that i would receive it tomorrow. The customer service is outstanding & has made my day. Other companies should take a leaf from their book they would learn a lot! service we received from Towels Direct co uk. We cannot
thank Shane enough for all the advice he offered, such a professional. He
took on board the usage of the towels we needed and advised us on the best
suitability in their range. We especially loved their secure payment method and
the speediest delivery we received, which I believe was 24 hours from payment.
