We realise that one of the best ways of advertising is by word of mouth. Our highly successful Referral Scheme allows you to benefit from any sales of Towelsdirect products as a result of your customer recommendations.

All you need to do is let us know in advance (before any contact is made between the potential customer and Towelsdirect) of any friends or colleagues that may be interested in purchasing from the Towelsdirect range. We'll pay £5 for every £50 Spent following one of your successful leads. This can be paid to you in the form of a Gift Voucher, to your organisation or to a charity of your choosing.

A Few Simple Rules

The Towelsdirect Referral Scheme allows you to benefit from sales of Towelsdirect Products as a result of your customer recommendations, subject to the conditions set out below. By making a referral you agree to abide by these conditions.

Initial referrals must be made via the Referral Hotline number indicated above or by using a link on the individual product you are referring. Our sales office will be emailed the content of your referral so that upon a sales resulting you will be credited with a e-voucher by email. Referrals cannnot be backdated and must be made before an order is placed.

• Referred party must have had no contact with Towelsdirect previously.
• Only first referrer per referred party will receive payment from Towelsdirect.
• Scheme open to all residents in the UK, except employees of Towelsdirect and their families.
• All incentives must be accepted as offered
• In the event of the incentive being unavailable, Towelsdirect reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value
• All incentive details correct at time of going to press
• The decision of Towelsdirect management on any incentive claim is final.
• Participants must be aged 18 or over.

How do I refer registered users? When your friend creates an account on our system there is an option to enter a referral id. Please enter the email address of the person who referred you so that they can get the credit for the sale. Let your friends know that they need to enter your email address in to the account creation form.

1. You can either have your contact use this Referral ID/Your email address when they place their order in our order form.
2. You can use a specially formatted Referral Link which can be found on every product displayed in our online store.

How do you know an account was referred by me?

Our system will store the Referral ID along with the new account information so we will know that the new account was referred by the Referral Program Member associated with that unique Referral ID/email address.

What is considered as a sale that will get commission credit?

a. The Referred Sale must use your Referral ID when they order their account either by directly typing the Referral ID into the order form or clicking through the special Referral Link.

b. Signups using a Promotion Code does not qualify as a sale for the Referral Program.

c. A Referred Site that was client/member that is terminated for Policy Violation or Non-Payment will not qualify as a sale for the Referral Program.

d. A Referred client/member will not be given referral credits/voucher twice for the same referred customer.
